Ante el incumplimiento ser\u00e1 reliquidado en enero del 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d287723 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"1d287723\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"513\" src=\"https:\/\/dpip.sanluis.gov.ar\/rentas_sanluis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Bonificacion-DPIP.jpg\" class=\"attachment-medium_large size-medium_large wp-image-11886\" alt=\"\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-183e6737 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"183e6737\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La DPIP record\u00f3 que el impuesto 2024 debe estar cancelado al 31 de diciembre de este a\u00f1o para no perder la bonificaci\u00f3n especial otorgada en los impuestos Inmobiliario Urbano y Suburbano y de las patentes de Automotores, Acoplados y Motocicletas.<\/p><p>Al respecto, explicaron que en las boletas de patentes e inmuebles urbanos del a\u00f1o 2024 se descont\u00f3 un 50% del impuesto liquidado con una bonificaci\u00f3n especial. Se trat\u00f3 de una medida establecida de acuerdo a los art\u00edculos 5\u00b0 y 40\u00b0 de la Ley Impositiva Anual para el Ejercicio 2024.<\/p><p>\u201cEl descuento determinado alcanza a quienes lo abonen durante el presente ejercicio fiscal, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2024, es decir, que si no se paga el impuesto se reliquidar\u00e1 sin la bonificaci\u00f3n debiendo pagarse la totalidad del impuesto\u201d, detallaron.<\/p><p>Asimismo, informaron que en el caso del impuesto inmobiliario rural, la bonificaci\u00f3n especial fue del 30% y que al 30 de septiembre tienen deuda el 60.14% de los padrones liquidados.<\/p><p>Con respecto a los inmuebles urbanos, 56.809 padrones poseen deuda del impuesto 2024. Mientras que 57.542 automotores y 89.916 motos presentan falta de pagos. \u201cRestan tres meses para finalizar el a\u00f1o y a\u00fan queda tiempo para realizar el pago y no perder la importante bonificaci\u00f3n\u201d, precisaron.<\/p><p>En referencia a las ventajas de mantener al d\u00eda los impuestos del periodo anual, la DPIP record\u00f3 que permitir\u00e1 a los contribuyentes cumplidores acceder a descuentos de hasta el 40% de la patente o el inmueble en el a\u00f1o 2025, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Proyecto de Ley Impositiva Anual presentado ante la Legislatura Provincial.<strong style=\"font-style: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para mantener las bonificaciones en los impuestos Inmobiliario y Automotor hay que cancelar 2024 La direcci\u00f3n provincial de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (DPIP) inform\u00f3 que en las boletas de este a\u00f1o se otorg\u00f3 un descuento especial del 50% y que restan tres meses para pagar el corriente a\u00f1o y no perder el beneficio.
